Online Coaching

Online Coaching is the THE way to work with me one on one for motivated and driven individuals, not living in Hamburg.

It is for committed individuals who know they are willing to do what’s necessary to grow.

My goal is it to share with you how I approach physicality and dive deeper into my philosophy behind a physical practice.

It is a process oriented to develop a body that is diversely capable, adaptable and makes intelligent use of what's available to it.

Become strong, mobile and diversely skilled, while exploring the infinite world of movement.

The process is individualised, meaning everyone starts this journey from a different entry point and is taking different routes.

I always start from YOUR aspirations, goals and limitations and through the work I teach you the fundamentals of the practice, as it is not about WHAT we do but HOW it is done.

It is my responsibility as teacher to guide you on the journey and assist you with all the knowledge and experience I gathered through my years of teaching.

As you will see I put great emphasis on continuous communication as a good student/teacher relationship is crucial to the success of our work.


My teaching is aimed at facilitating the experiences needed for you to grow.

So you are walking your own path and building your own practice.

A fundamental first lesson I am teaching is about LEARNING.

Virtually everything can be learned, and I provide you with this process within the coaching.

Be it a handstand, a muscle up, your first chin up or even a one arm chin up.

We start where you are at, and I share with you the way of reaching your goal.

You will know exactly what needs to be done and how you can reach your goal.

I don’t look at your movement in isolation but the coaching incorporates your life in it’s entirety. Your lifestyle, mindset, and all the factors that contribute to our work are all part of the equation, as nothing works in isolation.

And as you will see, reaching your goals is only the beginning of the journey.
