One To One Coaching

I believe everyone is different, and due to that fact we all struggle differently, we all learn differently and most importantly our current state of being is uniquely different as well.

By this I mean not only how you feel, but I mean your lifestyle and all the factors that play a role, your current level of physicality and in general the current state of everything in your life, as nothing ever works in isolation.

Thus what it is you will need to work on and what concrete steps are necessary for your desired development is a question that needs a very individual answer.


For this I offer private sessions, that I design specifically for YOU.

A minimum of 1.5 hours in which I will share with you exactly what you need to work on and specifically how you will accomplish it.

Together we are creating a plan, that will take your practice to the next level.

The information I will share with you, can fuel your practice for a couple weeks, alternatively it is possible to book a session on a regular basis.

No matter your level, you will benefit greatly from the individual assessment, the practical details and concrete plan you will leave this workshop with.
